Unprofessional and rushed during the home inspection. I would not recommend.
Interaction with Angelica Grace at Noble PA Group was frustrating and disappointing.
Expertly represented. Alexis Goodine was great. Answered all my questions and returned my calls and emails in a timely manner. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because they recommended a project manager that was terrible. Had to fire him and it cost me money to get out of the contract.
My wife and I hired noble public adjusters, January of 2022. Anthony was the sales person who came out. He took a lot of pictures and assured us that noble will take care of the rest and there's nothing else we need to do. Several months went by and no follow-up was ever made by noble. We finally reached out to them and they told us to get a lawyer because there's nothing else they can do at this end. We contacted a separate attorney. It took over a year and we finally settled. Our interaction with Angelica Grace at Noble PA Group, was nothing short of wonderful. She helped us navigate through the complicated issues with our Mortgage Company and getting our insurance funds released. Angelica and her follow through, just spectacular. I don’t give five stars for a review, but Angelica deserves it. She’s the best.
