Good team good visit. I appreciate how knowledgeable the staff is and how well the explained the situation to me. Only comment is that one of the front receptionist was on a personal call, on speaker phone. Which I can understand, it’s hard to get stuff done working Monday to Friday. But she proceeded to insult the customer service agent on speaker phone. It made me question the level of care at the time we can expect to receive. Luckily the level of care was quite high. We’ve been bringing our dogs here for their veterinary care, and we’ve always had a great experience. The doctors and staff are very patient, kind, and caring. We always feel our dogs are in good hands.

Big shoutout to the receptionist! I brought my dog to the clinic, and she went above and beyond. She carefully reviewed my prescription instead of just processing it, caught something that helped me save a significant amount of money, and made sure I got the best option available. I really appreciated how attentive, knowledgeable, and caring she was. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely looks out for their clients like that. We are incredibly grateful to the veterinarian and the entire staff of Noble Paw for the compassion, kindness, and exceptional care they provided to our beloved Milo. When our Milo became very ill, everyone at the clinic treated him with genuine empathy and support during one of the most difficult times for our family.
