I made an appointment and received a confirmation email and number. When I arrived, they said the appointment wasn’t real or valid and wouldn’t see me. It was very odd.

I've been here twice now and have had a fantastic experience both times. The nail techs are friendly, thorough, careful, and importantly, transparent. I booked a gel mani, but chose to go with the non-toxic polish (QueenNY), which is $10 extra. Total came out to $53 without tip. The atmosphere is calming without extra fluff. Thank you and see you in two weeks!

They were able to take me as a walk in mid afternoon for a regular pedicure. The place is small and cozy and the ladies who helped me were so friendly! Most importantly their tools are CLEAN, they were in the blue sterilized package and opened in front of me. They took their time, the (regular) polish application was neat, and they are up front with their prices when you ask so no surprises. If you’re willing to forego the bells and whistles of a “trendy” nail salon this is a solid place with skillful, honest services.
