Kraig scheduled a phone call with me for 9:00 AM and he had not called at 9:15. I called the office as I am not local. They said that he had not been to the office yet today. They called his cell phone and he answered and could not understand why I was calling. He also did not acknowledge that he was 15 minutes lates to our scheduled meeting.
