Joe was professional, friendly, prompt, and clear in all of his dealings with us, and produced a beautiful set of railings to match what we already had. His pricing was fair and thoroughly explained, and there were no surprises. We couldn't be happier, especially in these days when so many companies don't return calls or follow through on promises.
