I don’t understand where the negative comments come from. Probably fake. My mom has been going to this clinic for the past several months, and I just wanted to share how much we appreciate the care she’s been receiving. The doctor was calm, patient, and took the time to explain everything in a way we could understand. The clinic itself is clean, bright, and feels very professional but not cold or intimidating. Every time I’ve gone with my mom, we’ve had a smooth experience.
Unprofessional. Unorganized. Rude. I got a call from this place and they put me in for an appointment. Later they called again and told me to book another appointment and told me there was no first appointment. This is a bad company. I’ll never walk into another one of their offices. Waste of time. When I asked them to make sure to cancel any existing appointments they hung up on me. Terrible
This place you get appointment after months of visits. They will force you to put few monitors on to make money. So this is how it works.- you go for checkup, doctor sees you and orders few monitors for few days and you pay, then you don’t see them for several months, or get monitor results. The cycle continues and they cash out both on Ohip and monitor.
It's a cardio clinic, the name is misleading.
