Horrible experience! I clearly told her my problem… first she didn’t listen to me, second she injected me without alerting and because she couldn’t find my vein with the needle being inside she hurt poking right n left for a source of blood. Highly unprofessional staff. They were constantly conversation in their own language and didn’t care they had a patient (me) on the bed. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to your clinic. I had a horrible experience, and I am deeply concerned about the unprofessional conduct of your staff. I clearly explained my problem to the phlebotomist, but I felt she did not listen to me. She proceeded to inject me without any warning, and then repeatedly poked me with the needle while it was still in my arm because she was unable to locate a vein. If there is any thing such as Nobel Medical prize Loser , it should be awarded to this business. I had appointment for ECG but on the day I turned up for the procedure my name was nowhere on the list. A week later I had an appointment to see the doctor and I show up well before my appointment time, the office was closed. Forget calling the number given....it appears they don't answer phone calls.
