In my experience, this apartment has been fantastic! The staff is friendly, maintenance is quick to respond, and the amenities are top-notch. The location is convenient, and the community is quiet and well-maintained. Highly recommend!
I’ve lived here for awhile now and I absolutely love it. I recommend this place to anyone who’s looking to move in. It has a very cozy downtown vibe and it’s really safe. Also, the owner is truly an amazing and kind man.
Rewriting the review after the building manager has done some cleaning inside the apartment. The manager is good but the building amenities and utilities are in questionable state. The heater is licking water and the apartment has become damp out due to clogged water.
