BUYERS BEWARE, THIS STORE SELLS DEFECTIVE JEWELRY AND WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. I ONLY HAD A RING FOR 3 DAYS AND THE STONES FELL OUT. AFTER MY CRUSE I CALLED TO HAVE THE STONE REPLACED AND THEY SAID THE WARRANTY WAS ONLY FOR REPLACING THE STONE BUT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE STONE. HE TOLD ME IT WAS MY FAULT THAT THE STONE FELL OUT.
Sold me gold plated earrings but claimed they were solid gold. I asked several times to make sure they were 14K. In order to make the sale my salesperson lied and got 2 other salespersons to back him up. Meanwhile I sail away to the next port. After wearing the earrings a few times, the plating started coming off, discolored so I can't wear them now. $200 down the toilet. You would expect more from a fine jewelery store. So disappointed.
