I didn't want to leave 1 star rating but anyway Jonas Ho at Noble House Tattoo is a major fraud (see Before and After pics in this link bit.ly/tattoo_scam). He was paid $600 to do "Skin Tone Cover-up" work on 2 small spots on my face. This matching tattoo color should have made the 2 darker areas disappear, but that is not what happened. When he was done, I noticed several blisters all over my face in areas I never asked him to touch. I called to set up an appointment and to ask what technique he used to do eyebrow tattoos....(microblading or the permanent makeup tattoo needle) because I've had both done in the past and was looking for a place closer. He was very rude and asked me what did I want because I dont like hearing about other peoples stuff...told me have a nice day and hung up.
