Most of the time, the receipt paper is not available at the diesel pump for trucks, forcing me to go inside to the cashier, which is very inconvenient after working 12 or 13 hour shifts. This has been happening for more than a year. I have informed the staff and cashiers multiple times about this issue, but no response or resolution has been provided.
