Amazing staff and very knowledgeable. James will definitely get you right with your workout. Great with kids and training for sports that they are interested in.
Ever since I’ve known James back in high school, his attention to detail and professionalism has been a cornerstone to his devotion to peak physical fitness. Now he has his own gym! Great job and thank you for your commitment to helping people achieve their health goals!
My four boys have been working with Noble for a few years. (Back when the gym was a thought in motion and workout sessions were at 6am at Stringham field). I am so thankful and blessed that my boys were able to train with Coach Noble. What they learned here has taken their game to a whole other level of playing and the results are real...it's not something you can copy and mimic because that's just going through the motions.
