The office employees Shelia and Leslie are extremely rude and condescending. I was absolutely appalled with their total lack of customer service skills. Whoever their employer is, they must approve of poor interaction with customers.
Shelia and Leslie are very helpful at the counter. And the yard help is very good as well. They have helped me with many jobs and all worked great
I had purchased about $5000 worth of sheet metal and needed a receipt for FEMA and the lady said they don't keep receipts and she could not write anything out, she said, " I just don't do that' What do you not do, help people. =(
