I was taking my aunt here for about 2months and the doctor is very professional however, the staff here make it very uncomfortable and unpleasant. The communication skills with a patient are careless. They don’t follow up or even try to schedule an appointment with you. You have to reach out to them constantly put on hold. This clinic is considered not a medical clinic anymore. I called yesterday and waited 45 minutes and giving up and then the day after that they said that the medical clinic your trying to call is not a medical clinic? So what is this? A scam clinic?

CHANGE YOUR DOCTOR'S OFFICE. DO NOT GO HERE. This is the first and only negative review I have ever written in my entire life. Seriously, just save yourself the frustration of even trying to contact them and go somewhere else. If this was the customer service line for Best Buy I wouldn't care so much. But this is a medical office where delays cost lives. Days and days of delayed medical treatment due to the laziness of the people that work here. Wow. This place honestly deserves one star. EVERY single time I call, it's "Noble Community can you please hold" and then 10-15 mins, they MIGHT come back to the phone. When I was sick, they told me they couldn't see me because I would get the whole office sick.....isn't that why I have a doctor? Smh. This place is a complete joke. I'm told one thing, they never follow through, nor do they ever answer or reply. Literally find ANYWHERE else, because I know I definitely have to.
