This place used to be such an amazing place, but since they moved it’s gone downhill fast! And it suck’s that we have to leave because Staci Sova is an amazing provider but waiting weeks for medication refills or even to get a response from the medical team is unacceptable, not to mention several of the front staff were either rude or untrained.
Called to see about getting my family in to see a dentist. Left a message to have them call me back. They returned the phone call and I answered. They said they were returning the call about setting up an appointment. I was very polite and thanked them for calling back and said yes I was looking to find out if they were accepting new patients with Badger care for dental appointments and I was immediately hung up on and they never called back.
