I just want to express my disappointment about the quality of the cleaning. There were multiple areas where there was still dirt on the ground or areas where it looked bare minimum of effort was done - definitely not worth $100/hr. There was like small gunk stuck to the ground and I just scrapped it with my fingers and it came off. Near the front door the baseboards weren’t clean which I pointed out as they were leaving and they cleaned it then but even the rest of the stairs weren’t touched.
