The place is a wreck. I had hopes when I saw that someone else took over, but the place never has soap, wax, clearcoat, tire cleaner, etc... Nothing but high pressure water. Coin machine don't work have the times. Missing brushes, and vaccume wands. If there was a negative star that's what i would put in the - 5 stars

Just a heads up that the soap is completely gone on one side, and the other is stopped up with change. I could only spray my car with water

I used this car wash a couple months ago, and had some issues where certain things didn't work. I called the owner, and he explained that he had recently upgraded the carwash bays, and took responsibility for the problems. He told me to call him the next time I went, and he gave me a free deluxe carwash. Very standup thing to do. I will continue to use this carwash, and recommend to others.

Went to get my car washed today because I didn't feel like driving out to BSL/Waveland. This would have been my second time ever taking my car through a car wash myself. Everything ran relatively smoothly. Not much in the way of signage or instruction for people like me who have been spoiled by their dads and husbands. The carwash starting was terribly loud.
