horrible. wanted money upfront 2 weeks before start then wanted to get paid before final inspection!! owner was harassing me by phone. I told him after inspection.... also, only use 2 inches, everyone else uses 3. RUDE
The work was good, but I had an issue with our permits. When I got my estimate I asked if we needed a permit. I was told by the owner that we did not need one. After the work was completed the village issue me a ticket for not having a permit. Nobel called me and asked me to get the permits because he was busy and that he would reinburse me. I got the permits and paid $140.00.Instead of the refund I asked if he would sealcoat me driveway in fall. The cost of the sealcoating was $145.00. I did get my drive sealcoated but I ha... read more
