Needed a pink slip, owner said my car is too low due to a plastic front lip I installed, told me the minimum ground clearance is 200mm. For reference a Toyota corolla is about 135mm LOL. Asked him if he was sure and he told me not to argue even though I just asked a simple question. I showed him the legislation saying it's 100mm, then he starts telling me it needs an engineering certificate... Which is only needed for major engine modifications, easily found on the Service NSW site. Unless your car is bone stock, don't bothe... read more
