Visited this store today and waited over 30 minutes without any acknowledgment from staff. I don't blame the employees, as they were clearly doing their best to assist the customers already in the store. However, the location appears to be seriously understaffed, resulting in an unacceptable customer experience. My time is valuable, and after this experience I won't be returning.
Today I went to this Nobel branch to buy some supplies and also return a RIDGID plastic pipe cutter that I had never used and was still completely sealed in its original packaging. After waiting for quite a while, one of the sales representatives finally asked what I needed. When I explained that I wanted to return the item, he told me that because I had purchased it with cash and did not have an account, they would not accept the return. Busy branch! Knowledgeable counter staff that can help you in many ways to get your projects set up for success. We rely on them for our HVAC orders and they go above and beyond to make sure that they have what we need when we need it. These guys work hard to keep us stocked with the materials we need to stay busy. Cant run our business without them!
Called for three days straight , multiple diff times of day , no one answers the phone or returns your call if msg left. Save your self time and headache and just call or go to next plumbing and heating.
