Wanted to set up a cash account, was told I couldn't. No problem. Was then told that I could not complete a cash sale, in spite of wanting items readily available from major big box retailers. Was given a good number of odd, and frankly flimsy excuses which lead me to believe they have no interest in our business any longer. We've purchased from the store many, many times, our asking for an account was simply us wanting to solidify our business relationship. We won't be back.
Great customer service and very friendly staff. Special thanks to George, Dave and Kevin for their help!
I visited Noble today after a very negative experience at one of their competitors north of the expressway. I am very happy to report that George and Kevin went above and beyond the call of duty to hear me out, come up with alternatives, and ultimately help me make a decision on parts that would best solve my dilemma. I will definitely return to Noble for future plumbing parts and expertise. Thanks again George and Kevin!
Kevin was super helpful with this newbie. Thank you.
