I VISITED THE STORE TO FIND A REPLACEMENT BACKFLOW PREVENTER, SCOTT WAS VERY HELPFUL AND TOLD ME MY PART WOULD ARRIVE THE FOLLOWING DAY AM. IN THE MORNING I MET PENNY WHO HAD MY PART, SHE WAS EXCEPTIONAL! VERY FRIENDLY AND SO HAPPY.
The workers here are incredibly rude and act as though theyre insulted by the mere fact of your presence.
I recently contacted Noble HVAC on Nash to inquire about a thermocouple. I wasn’t sure if they had the part, but was told to come in and speak with Frank. Upon arriving, I went to the sales desk, where an associate assisted me. He showed me a thermocouple, but I informed him it was not the correct one for my needs.
