Service and stock is usually excellent but none of them will go to Applebees with me. *UPDATE* Noble (owner), Thank you for the prompt response addressing my issues with the Gravenhurst branch. I am wondering if you would like to join me at Applebees in the near future so we can toss around some ideas I have that could bring this place up to a 5 star review.
Everyone who works here is top notch. Each one I interact with is great. I personally deal with Aaron who always sorts me out but whoever you get I'm sure can solve what you need and get it to you in a timely manner. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
In the past, I’ve been helped at this location before but today Aaron says they can’t just help the public and you need to have an account. Instead of trying to help me proceed and even know if they sold these items he wouldn't help, I have a pump down with flooding and if it was as easy as asking my neighbor plumber to buy/install I could have but he didn't look like he even wanted to help and rather get back to playing on his computer.
These guys and gals are great. I was completing an irrigation job in Gravenhurst and needed some parts and some recommendations. They were extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Love going into shops like these. Great job!
