Always impressed with the helpful staff. Last week I had the pleasure of being assisted by Dean. Dean is quite the kidder and makes the visit humourous but also very informative. Not only did he have the correct parts but went to a great extent to show me how to install the parts including "tricks of the trade". I followed his advice and installation was successful, thanks Dean
