Christine was very nice and helped me out in an emergency and i would recommend her if u need to find any parts just make sure to ask for her secret stash.
I just walked into this location having never been here before and I was looking for a natural gas regulator for a burner that I had and I even brought in the propane regulator that it came with and I had a picture of the natural gas regulator that I was looking for the woman at the front desk asked me if I had a part number well I don't know what ordering system you use but I wouldn't have your part number and then she asked me for the Brand which I gave her and she said you'll have better luck finding it on Amazon .... tha... read more
Avoid this plumbing supply store… People who work in this location can be placed into these 3 categories: 1. Knowing less about plumbing than you as a customer 2. And /or, are unwilling to offer any help with your order 3. And/or, do not care if they make the sale or not + they do not even have the basic plumbing supply in stock….I have found more plumbing parts I needed for my project in HD and Rona…go figure🤔☹️👎
