The crew is fantastic in Waterloo ! Always very prompt and helpful. And very close to home. Which is a huge bonus. Very disappointed that it will be closing, it was my go to place for service plumbing needs. I am doubtful to make the trip across the city to the other branches. Bring back noble Waterloo!
Quick professional service.
Terrible customer service. If you aren’t a plumber don’t even bother going there as they will cater to them more. Will never be returning to buy products because why would I allow someone to make me feel any less of a customer because we had questions and were willing to buy all the parts needed right there.
Great service from the counter staff at this location. If they don’t have the product in stock it’s normally a quick turn around to get it.
