Quick professional service.
Terrible customer service. If you aren’t a plumber don’t even bother going there as they will cater to them more. Will never be returning to buy products because why would I allow someone to make me feel any less of a customer because we had questions and were willing to buy all the parts needed right there.
Great service from the counter staff at this location. If they don’t have the product in stock it’s normally a quick turn around to get it.
If you need support for plumbing or HVAC materials and equipment in Waterloo this branch is exceptional support. Ask for Dave, Trevor or Sheri
Noble Waterloo, my go-to Noble Distributor. Sheri, Dave and Trevor are all knowledgeable and are a great team to work with. If they don't have it, (which is rare) they will get it either locally or have it in promptly. Very good customer appreciation events involving other dealers and useful sales demos.
