I walked in and asked the girl at the front desk if she could help me figure out what direction my water supply was coming from for my parcel. She responded that she couldn't do that. She picked up a phone and apparently didn't get an answer even though I had seen a couple of people roaming around in the back. She told me everyone was at lunch. It’s crazy to me that your customer service specialist Hailey thinks it’s appropriate to interrupt customers. My husband and I each had our own negative experience with her today. I told her she was being rude and she didn’t even have the professionalism to apologize. That’s embarrassing for this company. Surely you can find someone friendlier
