Nice place to shop, but customer service at cash registers need help I used to shop here all the time until I moved out of the area. The store is very neat, clean, organized. The staff is generally nice. However, at my last visit, the cashier and bagger were too busy gossipping about the previous customer that was in front of me. Then they tried to cover up what they were saying after they realized I was paying attention to them. The cashier quickly finished my transaction and threw my bag at me. Milpitas Nob Hill RUDE to customers ! The Milpitas Nob Hill Foods has definitely gone way down in common courtesy and customer service. It could be that they are feeling the pinch of most of their customer base going to the great new Safeway in Milpitas. In any case, the snide remarks to customers at the cash line reflect very badly on Nob Hill. Add to that the gossip among the clerks, without any heed to the customers and then making mistakes as a result of not paying attention to their job. The Manager himself seems to be ... read more
Nob Hill Market I don't shop at this grocery store regularly because it isn't conveniently located to my home and the prices are a bit higher than other neighborhood stores. I shop here every now and then when they have their super sales on meat. The sale prices are fantastic and the quality of the meat is very good. This one time I went in to buy some meat that was advertised on sale in the weekly flyer, and when I showed up, there were only a couple of packages left.
