I had a great experience here. My appointment ran 10 minutes late but i will take that. Everyone was so nice i have nothing but good things to say
After waiting for the usual hour plus after my appointment time the Doctors were seen and heard leaving saying see you at the meeting , myself and another that were still waiting asked what about us ? Got told they had an emergency ? They are always messing clients around with appointment times , always overbooked and running late . Not good enough I drove a 250km round trip for nothing , if I didnt turn up they would charge me a fee , so can I charge them for my costs because of their non attendance ?
