Brought my 5 month old kitten for a ekg at 8am and at 5:45pm Dr. Donohue is leaving the building. The supervisor has to tell me that the technician never showed up. Now the kitten had 2 doses of medicine to be relaxed and no test. No explanation.
This is a great vet. He is taking care of business for me and I like him.
Dr. Otka and his staff are amazing! We have moved quite a few times and as such have seen many different vets for our 3 cats. We moved to southeastern CT in September and needed a new vet. Noank-Mystic Veterinary Hospital got very good reviews (some of the best I've seen) of local vets so I thought I'd give them a try. One of our cats suffers from anxiety and with a toddler and a new baby on the way, I was just about at my wit's end with his elimination issues. My first experience with this office was to show up an old diabetic large dog, and a brand new small breed puppy. Two completely different sets of concerns, A LOT of questions, and everything was handled/answered completely, professionally, and in a calm friendly manner. The office seems like a renovated older home, and it felt very much like a "homey" atmosphere.
