This doctor does not listen to patients. He will not tell you the why behind what he does . On my first meeting with Dr. Bartuv, he turned on the vacuum to remove wax/ debris from my ear. I asked him if he was going to look in it first. He replied,”I already know what’s in there.” It seems like it would be standard practice to at least look in order to decide how to proceed.
