I would not do business with the owner of this nursery because his personal Facebook page is riddled with inappropriate comments and young girls pictures.

I ordered trees form Noal & Essie on Jan 21, 2019. I was told they would be shipped in 3days. After waiting for more than a week I called and was told they would be shipped Feb. 5th. This did not happen. Was told on Feb 11, it would be 2-3 weeks before items would be shipped. I canceled order and ask for a refund on my credit card and a receipt where I was given credit. I ordered a peach tree from them that died. I followed all directions exactly and it still died. I contacted them via email as phone number did not work.They directed me to a web page that stated their return and refund policies. Said you have to provide time stamped photos of what you did with their plant every day you had it. First, who still has a camera that timestamps, and who would do that unless they know they needed.to? Second, every nursery I have ever dealt with would have offered to replace it. This business is completely sub-par. They sent the wrong merchandise and then would not support their guarantee AT ALL. Would not return e:mails or calls, even with a dozen attempts. Completely unacceptable.
