I had an extremely frustrating and dismissive experience with Dr. Jeffrey Noakes. I have been suffering from severe chronic lower abdominal pain and urinary symptoms for over nine months, which significantly impact my quality of life. This clinic appears to disregard Ontario law and patients’ legal rights while forcing people to follow its own internal rules. The overall service is practically nonexistent, the building is run-down, and the entire operation feels extremely outdated. They still rely heavily on paper instead of having a proper modern system in place. Everything about the experience feels disorganized, unprofessional, and far below the standard you would expect from a medical clinic in Ontario.
This clinic is clearly violating the law and forcing patients to follow its own internal rules instead of respecting Ontario law and patients’ legal rights.
Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I returned to this clinic a few weeks after having an X-ray simply to obtain a copy of my report. The reception staff refused to provide it and insisted that I had to see the doctor again, even though I was not requesting a consultation or interpretation of the results. Terrible service. I came back a few weeks after my X-ray just to get a copy of my results, but the reception staff refused to give them to me and insisted I had to see the doctor again. I explained that I was only requesting a copy of my own medical record under Ontario’s PHIPA rules. One receptionist literally responded, “I don’t care.” This walk in clinic dont follow law and broke law every day and force people see the doctor to be them charged. Such a scam machine.
