We recently had a big sewer line problem that needed fixing, and this plumbing company really came through for us. Randall and his team handled most of the repair, but Randall was there often, checking in and making sure everything was done the right way. I highly recommend this plumber. After buying a remodeled house in Louisville, I found out the shower drain was clogged because past contractors had poured a lot of cement down it. Three other plumbers tried to snake the drain, but none of them fixed it or even checked with a camera. Then I called and got Brantley, who right away used a camera to find the real problem. I needed my septic tank pumped before hurricane season, so I reached out to a plumbing company. The person who answered the phone was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. I let her know it wasn’t an emergency, but she still said they could send someone out the next morning between 7 and 12. I thought I’d have to wait for weeks, so I was really impressed!
