Size of the bagels are so small but I can understand the corp greed behind it. Otherwise decent service and decent food
Absolutely terrible experience. The customer service here is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I walked in and the woman at the counter just stared at me without even asking what I wanted. The staff clearly noticed me standing there, but instead of helping, they were talking among themselves about who should take my order, and in the end, no one did. just served me the worst bagel i've ever had in my life! Little to no aioli spread!!! 2nd bagel no mustard!!! It's really not that hard... Independent bagel shops from now on...
