Bagels are good. I had the double stuffed breakfast sandwich. The eggs and bacon were not hit enough to melt the American cheese. Just ok at best. The customer service was the weak point. Lacked personal attention. The sandwich maker called my name when the sandwich was ready. I was seated 8 feet from her and I replied “over here.” She still put my sandwich at the other end of the counter. When I asked if she could hand it to me she replied “just a second” and walked away. We like to drive down here about once or twice a month as we live about 40 miles away. Great bagels and coffee, the Chelsea a Vanilla/Hazelnut combo, is one of my favorites along with the dark roast. Lots of options for breakfast and lunch. I have had the Pastrami on an everything bagel in past visits and it is amazing. My husband and visited this location and experienced the worst customer service. We went out of our way to visit this location and were treated with such disdain by lady at register. I followed her instructions to the T to put or order in online as she said she couldn’t take it at her register. Then online notified me that it was too late to order online.
