This is a difficult review to write. The bagels are good. The staff is friendly and fast. This shop is the only thing open at 5:30am when I am looking for a bagel. Those are pluses. But my order keeps being wrong. I ordered two bagel sandwiches last week and both were missing the meat that goes in them. This is twice in less than two months. The staff might be overwhelmed?
