The workers here are very RACIST. The manager included I came in to purchase a bagel and a coffee and instead was harassed and disrespected by the manager and two girls who work here after coming in and placing an order the gentleman who said he was the "manger" and two other girls began to make racist comments about me and another gentleman who were both waiting for our orders. Served me a BURNT bagel in my to go order
They do not wear gloves when preparing your drinks. The cashier turned around after checking me out and made my beverages. She did not clean her hands after handling the register, and her dirty hoodie string dipped into my cup multiple times. While she was making the drinks, she kept going back and forth to the sink rinsing her hands, and I’m not 100 percent confident the water that was on her hands did not drip into my beverage. We stopped by at 9:30 am this morning trying to buy a dozen freshly baked plain bagels. The counter person seemed like not hearing our order and gave us half a dozen stoned cold bagels instead. The store was not overly busy.
