Wish i could select negative stars. Danville Noah’s Bagels has a great location and setup, but the customer service and management leave a lot to be desired. The staff isn’t welcoming, they don’t take feedback well, and the service feels indifferent. I’ve received bagels without cream cheese, cold coffee, and when I pointed out that there wasn’t enough cheese in my bagel, I was met with looks as if I was asking for something extra rather than simply providing feedback as a regular customer.
