Not sure what happened. This morning I ordered jalapeño bagel and asked them to double toast it - they clearly didn't. it was cold but I was like fine it's ok. I ordered also a coffee and bought it to work man ... it's the worst ever. Cold plus more milk. No one made it that way before. That's why I said not sure what happened today. This place is usually good have been coming in for years but not today. I regret going there for a pre-birthday breakfast.
Very bad taste
My favorite is the power protein bar! Service is great and if you download the app you get points and a free coffee here and there.
Got my dad’s sesame bagel order wrong; They could not add veggies to my bagel even when I called them before they started making it; online ordering system does not have any option for adding veggies to bagel. May not come to this location again due to lacking in this regard.
This was the SADDEST Lox and cream cheese on an everything bagel I've ever had. Service was borderline rude, and got the order wrong when I asked for 2 oz she gave me only 1.
