Hands down the best bagels in the neighborhood — seriously, no complaints about the food itself. But the online ordering system is a real letdown. I called a day ahead to submit a bagel order and when I arrived the day of at the time agreed they had completely forgotten about my order. they began to say that maybe someone didn’t write it down, but then they ended up finding the order note and apologized. I feel like better management needs to be done here, especially if you’re a reoccurring customer. Discovered this place after tossing a wasted $45 worth of fresh stale bagels from "guygirl". Fresh, fluffy, and filling - the choice of smears and expanded menu options totally blow the local competition out of the water. I got a great breakfast sandwich with greater service!
