I tried to place an online order off thier own site. I wanted a Brunch Box. I got to the part where I pay and the site says error. Okay, BUT they still charged Chase $43 (x2, because I though it was operator error). No one will STILL answer the phone. So we will NOT be Noah people in the future. Ordered breakfast sandwiches on line. They do not seem to have been freshly made. Bagels were sorta fresh but not like you’d want to drive all the way to the bagel store for. Lox sandwich was cold like out of a fridge, cucumbers were soggy (and scarce), there were a total of two capers. Egg sandwich was “passable.”
Staff laughed in my face and did not take accountability for giving me the incorrect order.
