The employee named Anna was extremely rude. I stopped at this location to get two cream cheeses, as I usually do, and experienced very poor customer service. When she asked if I wanted my receipt, I said yes, but she didn’t seem to hear me. I repeated that I wanted my receipt, and she reprinted it but almost threw it toward me along with the bag I had requested for my two cream cheeses. Give me carbs or give me death. I wanted to surprise a group with breakfast other than donuts. I thought why not bagels and smear. It was very busy and I was a tad hectic but I scored my bagels and smear. Group enjoyed bagels. Employees were friendly.
My first time here and the service was great!! Took a lot of time reviewing options but they were very patient 🤣. I was able to customize my bagel and it came out warm and toasty.
