I’ve been a customer of this location for quite some time, but my recent experience placing a phone order was extremely disappointing. I called to place a simple order for 13 bagels while driving to a meeting. The employee who answered the phone repeatedly interrupted the order to help walk-in customers, placing me on hold several times throughout the call. I truly Great time with very nice people
Seating is right outside at tables with umbrellas. Delicious bagels! We went back and got two more for later
This place is trash, did a mobile order. They claimed they never received it, I got charged for it and now I have to dispute it with my credit card company. What a joke, horrible customer service. Never again will I come here.
