I’ve been a customer of this location for quite some time, but my recent experience placing a phone order was extremely disappointing. I called to place a simple order for 13 bagels while driving to a meeting. The employee who answered the phone repeatedly interrupted the order to help walk-in customers, placing me on hold several times throughout the call.
