I am a long-term customer, and I wanted to surprise my group with toasted cinnamon raisin bagels, and asked if they could please be toasted. The manager said no way. Apparently, they say it is policy. However, this was a one time thing and I feel a manager should strive to go beyond once in a while to show how much they appreciate your business. Only been here once so far but my first time was absolutely phenomenal! I picked up a cold brew caramel shake and the equivalent of a BLT in the form of a bagel and it tasted FANTASTIC, only it never told me it came with spinach! I certainly wasn't disappointed, but I guess my gripe is that it could've ruined someone else's food if it weren't me. My and my Fiancé checked, and what I ordered didn't have spinach anywhere.
