Louisa at the counter was exceptional. I sat nearby after paying and heard her with several other customers. It is so refreshing to see a someone take such pride in their job.
Great bagel shop. They messed up my order for an event but other than that. Can't go wrong with a bagel shop. Tasty!
I ordered the Nova Lox bagel with no tomatoes. They asked if I wanted it toasted, I said sure. I get to work, take a bite, it’s not toasted. I take another bite, there’s tomatoes. I get getting one instruction wrong, but both?? First time coming, I’m not coming back
