Asked for no bacon and it still ended up on the sandwich. Refund could not be resolved over the phone.
Walked in early morning to just grab a bagel and schmear. I'm going to assume the young woman behind the counter. Making the sandwiches did not wipe off her knife. Because all I got was a plain bagel and strawberry cream cheese. But yet, I tasted onions and chive in my bagel that day. I also picked up a chocolate chip cookie. And the cookie was hard as rocks.
