The staff here are very rude. Avoid this place .
This place is completely unprofessional. They sold me a sick puppy and do not seem the least bit concerned. They refuse to put you in contact with the owner and would not return my calls. Cody is the manager and he literally yelled at me and told me he doesn’t have to let me speak to anyone else. For being a Christian based store they totally lack my faith. We purchased Newton, an African Grey, from Noahs Ark a few months ago. The staff was very knowledgeable and the owner of the store drove out of his way to speak to us before we made our decision. They always have the bird food we are looking for in stock and I must say it smells better than other Pet stores nearby. Glad to find someone nearby who sells healthy and well-spirited parrots for an affordable price. Newton plus his cage costed $1200 compared to $3000+ african greys without a cage included. They do not take care of the animals what-so-ever. Most that get adopted are seriously sick and a lot end up dying in just a few short days. This business should be closed!!!
Very horrible service. Every time I have went in the dogs have been horribly sick & put into small spaces. It always smells horrible, and they seem very understaffed. When someone working there does try to talk to me, they are rude and pushy. I have heard many many stories about the animals bought from this store coming home sick and dying within a few weeks after purchase. I would not reccommend this pet store to anyone, especially pet lovers!
Always smells like urine. The dogs are packed into the tiny cages. 3 to 4 small to medium dogs and 2 large dogs in one. They could not even turn around. One of the birds climbed on my shoulder as I tried to get it off and it bit me numerous times on the hands and arms. Had to have the ONE person working remove it from me.
