Dr. Orengo and the staff are great – I rarely review businesses but my experiences with Noah's Ark have inspired me to highly recommend Noah's Ark Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a fabulous vet. I have 3 cats and a dog and have been going to Noah's Ark for the past couple of years. Overbooking – I was an employee of the hospital and the problem came with boarding animals, especially for the holidays. I want to make it a point to state that I never saw any outright abuse of the animals, and the medical care was excellent. The problems were in the management of the non-medical side. For boarding of healthy animals there was a lot of overbooking, accepting more animals than there was kennel space available. Dr. Donaruma Truly Listened and provided excellent loving care. – I had to take my dachshund, Shotzie in for some much needed care. Dr. Donaruma listened to every concern I had and addressed each issue in detail. I was so thankful for her loving care. She is a true merit to her profession. Shotzie had gastro, ear, and skin issues and thanks for Dr. Donaruma everything is clearing up. I highly recommend her.
Best vet clinic I have been to in a very long time! – I took my two guinea pigs in for a nail trim, and it was a very wonderful experience! Most vets who see exotic animals charge an arm and a leg, but they were VERY affordable. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the vet, Dr. Angela Donaruma, was wonderful as well! I will definitely be going back.
