I adopted a cat from a family member. When I trued to bring him in for a well plan, I was told they wouldn't see him unless or until ilthe balance owed for him was paid. I feel like like was between noahs ark and the precious owners. I wonder if it's because I nlknow the previous owners? Either way, I should've been allowed to start services for MY cat under my name. This feels personal and crazy unprofessional. Needless to say, none of my animals will b going here!!!
Incredibly rude and unhelpful about my dogs medications
