I have Attorney David Dildy. I don't see many reviews for him but I heard great things about the firm from people I personally know and he handled my divorce very quickly as it was uncontested. Noah Weisberg and his paralegal Ms. Cynthia J. were AWESOME!! Mr. Weisberg represented my husband in a criminal case in Norfolk, and though my husband was denied bond, he never gave up. Eventually we did have to have a preliminary hearing and to God be the glory! His charges were dismissed. Now, we’re getting ready to have him file an expungement on my husband’s behalf. I retained Mr. Asercion to represent me on a traffic violation that was also cited as a criminal offense. Mr. Asercion after hearing the details of my citation agreed to represent me. He gave me excellent representation and was able to get my citation reduced to a much lower offense thankfully!
