The girl that answers the phone is rude. She shouldn’t be helping sick people.
Bertha the “supervisor” of the facility needs some attitude check. When I got there she was just talking to her family members/friends on the phone instead of helping out their patients and speaking in Spanish so I wouldn’t know what they are talking about. When I asked to verify my insurance and she was giving me trouble with it and accusing me of not calling my insurance to verify it for them.
